How long will my order take to process?
Most items are made to order and will be ready for shipping within approximately 10 business days or less. If your order is urgent, or you'd like to confirm processing time - feel free to email us at hello@emmapolley.com.au or message us via social media.

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping and $14.95 for express shipping within Australia.
International Rates are from $25.00AUD

How long does shipping take?
We ship from Bunbury, WA.

ALL time frames are estimates only & are in business days. These time frames do not include production time, public holidays, weekends, weather conditions that delay transit, customs delays or peak seasons etc. 
Express Post is recommended for domestic shipping as it ensures your parcel will arrive promptly with minimal handling. ALL parcels are sent with a tracking number.
